WE ARE DOLPHINS

All of our members of our Dolphin’s community are expected to maintain the highest levels of excellence inside and outside of the water. All of our swimmers, families, and coaches are also expected to show good sportsmanship and team loyalty. Our coaching staff is responsible for pushing and teaching all of our swimmers equally with intense practice sessions and knowledgeable support. Each of our Dolphins is responsible for coming in ready with a positive attitude and a drive for success. However, none of this is possible without the support of our parents for their swimmers and our team.

ADST 1- Mon-Thu 9:00 am-10:30 am

ADST 2- Mon-Thu 3:30 pm-5:00 pm

ADST 3- Mon- Thu 5:15 pm-6:45 pm

TRYOUTS

We are currently at maximum capacity and NOT taking tryouts.

We have grown to our max capacity. No new members will be added to the swim team until there is an opening.

ADST Families:

Make sure to pay the monthly due on time or your spot will be opened up to potential new members!

Interested Families:

Please email us to request more information. We add swimmers on a first-come, first-served basis and will email you when there is a spot available for your child.

Requirements:

Swimmers must be able to:

swim freestyle for 25 yards across the pool without stopping

swim backstroke for 25 yards across the pool without stopping

swim breaststroke for 25 yards across the pool without stopping

swim butterfly for 25 yards accross the pool whitout stopping
